CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency focused on creating engaging experiences that connect brands with people. As part of our ongoing growth, we are building a Freelance Graphic Designer Pipeline to collaborate with talented designers on a project-by-project basis. This pipeline allows us to scale our creative capacity and bring fresh perspectives to diverse experiential design projects.

As a Freelance Graphic Designer within our pipeline, you will work closely with our internal design team to produce high-quality visual assets that support a variety of deliverables including signage, environmental graphics, presentations, and merchandise. This role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute visually compelling design assets aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines
  • Develop assets for physical and digital environments such as event signage, large-format graphics, vinyl applications, and branded merchandise
  • Adapt to various creative briefs quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and communicating progress proactively
  • Maintain organized design files and collaborate seamlessly with production and print teams

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency, experiential, or brand environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs across physical and digital mediums
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
  • Understanding of design principles including typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory
  • Experience or basic knowledge of large-format printing and production workflows is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote or freelance setting
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and revisions
