Role summary
As Product Monetisation & Pricing Lead, you will shape and execute pricing strategies for Mistral AI’s product suite. You will work across Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to align our pricing with customer value and ensure our monetisation supports both product‑led growth and enterprise deals. This role reports to the Head of Product Operations and is based in Paris with hybrid flexibility.
What you will do

Design charge metrics and pricing tiers (usage, seats, subscriptions) for new and existing products.

Build financial models, run A/B tests and analyse usage data to optimise pricing and packaging.

Translate technical features and AI economics into clear value propositions and pricing narratives.

Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends to keep our pricing competitive.

Enable Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with pricing guidelines and training.

Establish processes and dashboards to track revenue, margins and adoption.
About you

8–10 years’ experience in GTM, product or strategy roles in deep‑tech or SaaS companies, with at least 5 years pricing experience

Proven record designing pricing strategies for technical products (APIs, cloud or developer tools).

Deep understanding of usage‑, seat‑ and license‑based pricing models; familiarity with PLG and enterprise motions.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; comfortable with data‑driven experiments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence without authority.

Bonus: exposure to AI/LLM pricing levers (fine‑tuning, custom models) and fast‑growth tech startups.
