Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Tax Support Specialist to join our centralized Processing Team.

As a Tax Support Specialist on our Processing Team, you will provide national support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience and quality control. You will interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels. 

### Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Electronically process and assemble tax returns from our tax software
  • Process tax returns within SafeSend Returns
  • Assemble PDF files of tax returns for electronic delivery
  • Print and collate tax returns for mailing or local pick-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in firm workflow software
  • Utilize firm workflow software to move tax jobs through firm processes
  • Perform quality control review for completeness and accuracy of your own work
  • Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with firm policy
  • Provide standby support to other centralized teams
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other unique duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team and supported leaders
  • ### Required Skills:
  • Experience with CCH Axcess and SafeSend or other related tax applications is preferred
  • Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as needed
  • Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task and turnaround assigned work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
