Now Hiring for Full Time Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Techs positions. MUST have experience. Must be a team player, dependable, motivated, have reliable transportation and your own tools. Pay is based on skill set and experience - + benefits
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete work orders and other community maintenance
- Assists in maintaining the communities appearance by taking are of the grounds, common areas and amenities.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move in
- Make-Readys (painting, changing out fixtures and appliances, replace old plumbing, etc.)
- Review the make-ready board and follows through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments
- Enters occupied apartments to perform necessary repairs
- Make all repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment to be occupied
- Ordering maintenance materials, supplies, and products for the property with the approval of the Property Manager
- Ordering materials, supplies and products needed for the property with the approval of the Property Manager
- Available to be on call
- Completing tasks set for weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance
- Follow company procedures regarding safety policies and procedures
