Job description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on equipment, buildings, and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
  • Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
  • Assist with property upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience preferred (1–3 years or more a plus)
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Experience:

  • Lead Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
  • Plumbing: 3 years (Required)
  • Electrical : 3 years (Required)
  • HVAC: 3 years (Required)
