Shift details: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Summary

The AP/Payroll Specialist will be responsible to contribute to the preparation of bi-weekly payroll and assist with routine payroll functions. This position will also support the accounts payable function, act as a purchaser for Operations, and may have some ad hoc accounting and finance tasks.

Essential Duties:

  • Process payroll via UKG platform to review time cards, manage exceptions, communicate with operations managers and/or employees, and submit any/all information for special pay processing.
  • Provide timely and accurate processing support for accounts payable activities at Sage Intacct platform.
  • Submit entries and documents to Doclink expense management platform.
  • Assist with some accounting activities as necessary.
  • Prepares checks and communicates with vendors commonly.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting and entering data into UKG platform.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

Salary range: $60,507.20 - $90,604.80

Requirements

Education and/or Licensure – Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or High School Degree and five (5) years equivalent work experience required. Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CCP) helpful but not required.

Two (2) years healthcare experience in accounting or payroll highly desired. Microsoft Office Skills, with an ability to become familiar with Company specific programs or software. Experience with UKG, Sage and Doclink desirable.
