This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Mornington Crescent, London office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Overview:

We are looking for a National Account Executive to work alongside the Senior National Account Manager to manage fast-growing online accounts and support the administrative management of larger customers including Boots and Amazon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and capable National Account Assistant ready to take the next step - owning online accounts while gaining exposure to major retail partners.

The role will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of three online retailers and play a key role in supporting the wider team through essential business and commercial administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, analysing performance to identify key trends and growth drivers
  • Ensure all new product launches go live on time, working cross-functionally with commercial and supply chain teams
  • Set up and monitor promotional campaigns and offers, recommending improvements to maximise growth
  • Support the Senior National Account Manager with retail and net sales forecasting for online accounts
  • Deliver against key business KPIs including retail sales and sell-through performance
  • Monitor and evaluate brand presence across all account channels (online and in-store where applicable)
  • Ensure promotions and initiatives are executed in line with agreed plans
  • Build strong internal relationships across departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full
  • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, supporting the growth of the total business

Who you are:

  • Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Results-driven with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent)
  • Experience within fragrance, cosmetics, health & beauty, or FMCG
  • Previous experience at National Account Assistant level or similar
  • Strong analytical and numerical capability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
