Senior .NET Developer

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our innovative software development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications that meet customer and business needs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using the .NET framework.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain code quality standards.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and deliver effective solutions on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with .NET development, primarily with C#.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Proficient in database design and development using SQL Server.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
