Are you a people person who loves being outdoors and takes pride in delivering a brilliant guest experience? We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Drinks Buggy Attendant to join the team at the stunning Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. You will be the face of our on-course hospitality — cruising the fairways, serving golfers, and making sure every round is that little bit better.
What you will be doing
- Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the course
- Serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws
- Engage with golfers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to keep the buggy well-stocked at all times
- Keep the buggy clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard throughout each shift
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly
Requirements
People & service
- A natural warmth and great way with people
- Confident, friendly communication
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- A positive attitude in all conditions
Practical skills
- Reliable timekeeping — punctuality is key
- Comfortable card payments
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (training provided)
