Oasis HVAC is growing fast and looking for hardworking Install Helpers to join our team immediately. We currently have multiple openings available for candidates ready to work, learn, and grow in the HVAC industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to get into the trades, and is not afraid of physical labor.
What You’ll Do
• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Help prep job sites and maintain clean work areas
• Assist with tools, ductwork, and installation tasks
• Safely drive and navigate to job locations when needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work
• Clean driving record REQUIRED
• HVAC or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Team player mentality
