About the Role
Resiliv is a growing global organization operating across multiple international markets. We are building a scalable Global Finance Shared Services function to support our expansion, strengthen financial governance, and drive data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and develop our global finance function.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building financial systems, ensuring compliance, managing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead global financial strategy and financial governance
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements across entities
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management
Maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks
Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant local regulations
Build and scale a global finance shared services function
Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization
Partner with executive leadership on strategic and investment decisions
Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements

8–10+ years of progressive finance experience
Minimum 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role
Strong experience in multi-entity or multinational finance environments
Background in financial planning, reporting, treasury, and controls
Experience building or managing finance teams or shared services functions
Strong understanding of IFRS and international finance standards
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Ability to operate in fast-growth, dynamic, global environments

Preferred Experience

Experienced in scaling finance functions in growing organizations
Experience in shared services or centralized finance environments
Exposure to global or multi-country operations
Background in technology, consulting, logistics, or professional services
Experience building or scaling finance teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Master’s Degree (MBA or Finance-related discipline) is an advantage.
