Growth Associate

TL;DR: We’re hiring a Growth Associate to work directly with our Head of Growth to help scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re curious, resourceful, analytical, and excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward.

Min. 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups, or related fields preferred. Experience with B2B SaaS, growth experimentation, or GTM systems is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign execution: Help launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound.

• Growth experimentation: Support rapid testing initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels to identify what drives pipeline.

• Events & conferences: Assist with planning and executing conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline.

• Operations & analytics: Track campaign performance, build reports, analyze funnel data, and help improve how we measure growth.

• Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth initiatives.

• Cross-functional projects: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and founders on high-priority initiatives across the company.
