BCBA Supervisor (Hybrid)  -  BTP

Join the Behavioral Health Works Team!

Ready to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing flexibility? At Behavioral Health Works, we’re growing with purpose - and we’re looking for passionate In-home BCBAs to grow with us. Plus, we’re offering up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!

What We’re About

We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Behavior Treatment Planning (BTP) for adults with various disabilities. Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families and caregivers to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.

Your Role

As a BCBA Supervisor, you’ll lead the clinical side of care - with your role blending BTP and traditional ABA treatment planning. Behavior Treatment Planning (BTP) involves mentoring care staff and/or family members, and guiding the individual's care team through meaningful progress. Once you conduct a functional assessment, create a treatment plan to target behavior reduction and train the care team on the plan, you’ll monitor behavior progress on a monthly or quarterly basis. ABA treatment plans will involve mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and supporting families in measurable development. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • In-home Caseload & Remote admin work + flexible schedules
  • Reasonable billable standard with bonus opportunities
  • Competitive salary + mileage reimbursement & Drive Time
  • Annual CEU reimbursement & BCBA mentorship
  • Full benefits for full-time staff (medical, dental, vision, and more)
  • Pet insurance & wellness benefits
  • Generous PTO + 8 paid holidays
  • Discounted tuition with partner universities (including National University, Capella, Purdue Global, and more)
  • Professional development support & referral bonuses

What You’ll Do

  • Design and refine individualized ABA treatment plans and develop Behavior Treatment Plans using evidence-based interventions - with real systems for measuring progress and adjusting along the way
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and case supervisors in the field
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, train and monitor direct care staff working with the BTP consumers, and track meaningful progress on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Coach parents and caregivers - not just hand them a binder
  • Keep documentation clean, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Stay current on research and bring fresh thinking to the table

What You Bring

Required:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Experience with or willingness to work with adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities

Preferred:

  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor

Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000

If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and want a role that blends leadership, flexibility, and purpose, we’d love to meet you. Come grow with Behavioral Health Works - where great clinicians build great outcomes
