Job Title: Credentialing Specialist

Reporting to: VP of Revenue Cycle

Location: Chicago, IL

The Company: Premier Dentist Partners

Job Summary:

As Credentialing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental office by ensuring accurate and complete payer enrollment, participation and fee schedule management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payer participation for all Premier partner dentists and locations
  • Maintain accurate effective date tracker for submitted applications and provide follow-up to stake holders
  • Maintain inventory of fee schedules, including annual updates, etc
  • Ensure correct Fee schedule attachment by payers to providers
  • Manage Fee Schedule assignments in PMS system
  • Work with billing team to resolve claims related to credentialing issues
  • Manage vendor relationships as required.
  • Additional projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in dental credentialing in a multi-state DSO.
  • Experience with credentialing application software, DentalxChange preferred
  • Proficiency in various practice management software, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must work collaboratively with Operations and other RCM team members.

Compensation:

Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and performance bonus
