The Vision

Body & Soul Studios just acquired a property in Zone 1 London. We're expanding to the United States. Within the next few years, we intend to have studios in dozens of cities, reaching hundreds of thousands of women worldwide.

We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for the woman who wants to be part of building this. On the ground. From the inside. Part of an all-female team that gets to look back one day and say: I was there when that happened.

What The Work Actually Looks Like

You are the first voice our guests hear after they book.

From the moment they pay their deposit to the moment they walk through our studio door, you're with them. You calm their nerves. You answer their questions. You hold the space between "I booked this in a moment of courage" and "I'm actually going to show up and do this."

That space is everything.

You'll do this across 10 structured calls every day with women who have already said yes to the experience by booking. This is the most human kind of sales work that exists.

And it requires someone specific.

Someone who reads a person within seconds of a conversation starting. Who knows when a guest is excited, when she's scared, when she's about to pull away, and knows exactly how to respond. Who can talk about confidence, body image, ageing, and desire without flinching. Because she understands that these are the conversations where real trust is built and real change begins.

What Success Looks Like

Day to day

• Run 10+ structured Zoom and phone calls daily with booked guests

• Qualify every guest to ensure they can comfortably spend a minimum of £1,000+

• Collect pre-payments on the call (up to £4,000+)

• Protect show rate by staying close to wobbling or quiet guests

• Manage your pipeline and follow up properly in our CRM

• Clean admin and handovers that make the whole team better

Requirements

• 6+ months in a high-touch or sales-adjacent role: aesthetics, luxury hospitality, coaching sales, inside sales, or similar

• Exceptional on Zoom and on the phone. Not just comfortable. Exceptional

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional setup

What We Offer You

• This is a sales role - so you'll have a clear path into Art Curator (Reveal Closer) roles at £50,000+ OTE

Compensation

• OTE £22,000 per year at target

• Top performers £30,000+ (uncapped)

• Base £15,000 per year
