CBH Homes, Idaho's number one home builder, is seeking a Contracts/Closing Administrator to rock the Contracts/Closing Department. You must have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and highly organized. Knowledge of new construction and/or real estate experience is required as you'll be helping process addendums, working with title companies, reviewing contracts and closing statements.
What you’ll do:
- Closer - reviewing closings daily (Seller side and for Brokerage)
- Inspections & RE-10 Seller response addendums (creating seller responses)
- Closing files in programs
- Homeowner closing/warranty letter

Real estate, escrow, and/or lending experience preferred. This position is full-time, on-site.
