About Hark
Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory.
We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world.
To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems.
About the Role
Hark is looking for a Creative Social Lead to own our presence across platforms, balancing long term strategy and the content itself. You'll help define how Hark communicates on social media, how we sound, and how we build an audience around something genuinely new.
You'll work closely with leadership and across product, design, and communications to translate what we're building into content that resonates with people. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and also be able to execute upon it.

- Build our presence on a variety of platforms
- Develop platform-specific strategies that reflect how people actually engage on each channel
- Help translate company milestones and product launches into meaningful social moments
- Monitor performance and iterate based on what the data tells you
- Grow and eventually manage a small creative team as the company scales
Requirements
- 5+ years experience building
- You have a creative voice and know how to adapt it
- You can build a social presence from the ground up
- Experienced in creating beautiful, engaging content
- You can think in strategy and execute on it yourself
- Great communication skills
- You understand how different platforms actually work, and not just best practices from before
- Experience building something real
