Direct Support Professional - Day Program Instructors

Are you passionate about helping individuals with special needs develop essential life skills and reach their full potential? If so, New Horizons is looking for an engaging Day Program Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on instruction and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various life skills areas.
This will be a very rewarding experience for reliable people who have a passion to help others.
A perfect part-time or second job!
No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Rate: $21.00-$21.50
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm (30 - 32 hours a week)
Requirements
* Bilingual in English and Armenian is a plus
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Driving required. Must be willing to drive an 8-passenger van.
*Must be at least 21 years of age.
*Must have a valid California Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
*Legally driving for at least 3 years in the United States
*Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background check, drug screening, and physical
*Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities is a plus
