Your Role Overview

CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to bolster our China team’s operational efficiency and market intelligence. The Associate BDM, who acts as the strategic backbone of the BD chapter, is dedicated to transforming raw market data into actionable insights and ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations, from contract drafting to payment tracking. You will leverage AI tools to automate reporting and information synthesis, ensuring our growth strategy remains data-driven.

销售运营与合同管理：负责销售合同的拟定与管理，跟进项目回款进度，并协调法务及财务部门解决执行过程中的问题。

市场情报与数据汇总：充分挖掘并初步筛选客户详细信息，协助进行相关信息和数据的汇总分析，为团队决策提供支持。

策略优化：组织内部会议和小组讨论，根据客户特性和数据反馈调整推广策略。

AI 驱动报告：利用 AI 工具（如 Gemini）自动汇总客户反馈和行业动态，为全球 BD 部门制作结构化的分析报告。

协作支持：协调跨部门的项目推进时间表，并协助根据客户需求调整和准备高品质的演示文件。

你需要具备

工作经验：1-3 年软件或科技行业的销售运营、业务分析或相关行政管理经验。

技术素养：熟练使用 2D CAD 或 3D 服装软件者优先（或具备极强的学习意愿）；熟练掌握 Excel/CRM 系统。

分析思维：注重细节，能够将复杂数据整理成清晰的摘要。

沟通协作：具备较强的团队合作意识和内部协调能力；责任心强，能够同时处理多项任务。

语言能力：中文流利，并具备专业的英文交流及读写水平，以便进行全球协作。

AI 工作流效率：具有利用 AI 工具（如 Gemini、Claude 或 Notion AI）提升数据处理和报告编写效率的经验。

行业背景：具有服装行业经验或 CG/服装数字化项目实施背景。

Your Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Contract Management: Draft and manage sales contracts, track project payment status, and coordinate with the legal/finance departments to resolve execution issues.
Market Intelligence & Data Synthesis: Collect and pre-screen detailed lead information, assisting in the aggregation and analysis of market trends to support team decision-making.
Strategy Optimization: Organize internal meetings and group discussions to adjust promotion strategies based on specific client profiles and data feedback.
AI-Driven Reporting: Utilize AI agents (e.g., Gemini) to automate the synthesis of client feedback and industry dynamics, creating structured reports for the global BD chapter.
Collaboration Support: Coordinate project timelines between departments and assist in the preparation of high-quality demonstration materials adjusted to client needs.

You should be equipped with

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related administrative role in the software/tech industry.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD software (CLO, Marvelous Designer) or a strong willingness to learn; advanced Excel/CRM skills.
Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail with the ability to organize complex data into clear summaries.
Communication: Strong team spirit and internal coordination skills; responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English for global collaboration.

Plus if you have

AI Workflow Efficiency: Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, or Notion AI) to improve data processing and reporting efficiency.
Industry Background: Prior experience in the fashion industry or a background in CG/3D Digital Fashion Project Implementation.
