Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Take phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers
- Complete repair orders
- Assist the Service Manager
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- Able to multitask
- Good detail & organization skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check
Work Hours for Customer Service Manager:
- Monday - Friday 7-5
- No nights & weekends!
