Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is responsible for working directly with clients independently and managing their own projects from inception to completion, while effectively communicating with all involved parties.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Accountable for managing all aspects of project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice
- Oversee 30+ development project timelines efficiently, accurately, and independently
- Fulfill 60+ plus concurrent customer orders & re-orders accurately, in full and on time
- Lead the development of higher level and complex projects
- Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date
- Work with internal logistics, design, quality and accounting team for all project milestones
- Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing
- Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system
- Provide subject matter expertise on client related systems, processes, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal Berlin | Jansy team
- Negotiate and confirm factory pricing and lead times are correct
- Train and mentor other Project Managers and Jr. Project Managers
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred or HS/GED with equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience
- Experience working with international factories
- Ability to use Mac
- Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience
- Packaging development experience
- Formulation and turnkey development experience preferred
- Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applications and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
