Posted 1 day ago
About Us
At Hiya, we're making calls safe, useful, and human again.
Voice is the most human form of communication, yet it's become one of the least trusted. Spam, scams, and AI manipulation have eroded what was once a simple way to connect. Hiya is changing that. Each month our AI voice technology analyzes 28+ billion calls, protecting over 550 million users and 800+ businesses worldwide. Partnering with a growing global network including AT&T, Samsung, British Telecom EE, Rogers, MasOrange, Bell Canada, and Virgin Media O2, we're not just stopping bad actors—we're helping people feel confident about picking up the phone again.
This is a pivotal moment for voice. As new threats and technologies accelerate, so does demand for trusted voice communication. Hiya is growing 40%+ year over year, expanding globally, and defining what voice becomes next. Join us. You won't just work on what voice is today—you'll shape what it becomes tomorrow: smarter, safer, and genuinely worth answering again.
About the Role
This French-speaking SDR role exists to create qualified pipeline within targeted accounts across the French market through highly personalized, strategic outbound prospecting. As Hiya invests in expanding our outbound motion across Europe, this role will own the full prospecting cycle—from researching ICP-aligned accounts to conducting meaningful discovery conversations that uncover trust, call performance, and brand experience challenges businesses face today.
You'll operate with high autonomy in how you research accounts, prioritize outreach, and personalize messaging—while partnering closely with Account Executives on territory planning and opportunity handoff. Success in this role requires combining curiosity, resilience, and strong conversational intelligence to cut through noise, build credibility quickly, and position Hiya's solutions around real business pain. This isn't just about hitting activity metrics—it's about creating genuine value in early-stage conversations that set the stage for long-term customer relationships. Over time, strong performance opens clear pathways into Account Executive roles or broader go-to-market functions as Hiya scales across EMEA.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end outbound prospecting across the French market, including account research, multi-channel outreach execution (calling-first), and qualification of high-potential opportunities using current state qualification (CSQ) methodologies
Conduct discovery conversations that uncover business pain tied to call trust, answer rates, spam labeling, customer experience, and brand reputation—connecting those challenges to Hiya's value propositions
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities by executing 50+ daily touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) within ICP-aligned accounts, using intent data and engagement signals to prioritize effectively
Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account strategy, and seamless opportunity handoff—ensuring high-quality transitions that set deals up for success
Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, follow MQL processes consistently, and deliver reliable activity reporting that supports pipeline forecasting and go-to-market planning
Contribute to messaging refinement, outbound experimentation, and process improvement by sharing market insights, testing new tactics, and collaborating with Marketing and Enablement on campaign effectiveness
Develop deep product, competitor, and market knowledge through continuous learning—positioning yourself as a credible voice on Hiya's solutions and the challenges our customers face
What Success Looks Like
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for Meetings Attended and Stage 1 Opportunities, demonstrating reliable execution and strong pipeline contribution that supports Hiya's revenue growth objectives
Build trust and credibility with Account Executives, Marketing, and Enablement through high-quality discovery, effective collaboration, and thoughtful feedback—becoming a go-to partner for outbound strategy and execution
Strengthen Hiya's market position in France by refining outreach messaging, improving conversion rates, and sharing insights that inform broader go-to-market strategy across EMEA
