Purpose: The Communication & Engagement Specialist drives integrated internal communications and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, strengthen organisational alignment, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role combines stakeholder engagement with data-driven insights to deliver clear and impactful communication across the organisation.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

  • In point form Develop and execute internal communication strategies, creating engaging multi-channel content and supporting leadership communications
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging and strengthen communication and engagement at all levels of the organisation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, to enhance culture, morale, and overall employee experience
  • Plan and deliver communication campaigns, employee events, and engagement initiatives, including content development and production
  • Monitor effectiveness using data and insights, support sensitive communications, leverage digital & AI tools, and contribute to Media Team and Wellness Committee initiatives to promote engagement and well-being
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills, with experience supporting executive and stakeholder communications
  • Proven experience in executing communication strategies, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with confidence engaging cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital and analytics tools (e.g., Content Management System, social media platforms, Canva/Adobe, analytics tools) and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of crisis communication principles and the ability to handle sensitive topics with sound judgement
  • High adaptability, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
