Data Broker Removal QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support a data privacy and personal information removal operations team. This role is responsible for auditing operational tasks, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards, identifying performance trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a highly process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in BPO Quality Assurance, compliance, or audit functions, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback while maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct audits across multiple operational workflows using established QA frameworks and scorecards
  • Evaluate task accuracy, verification compliance, evidence quality, and adherence to PII handling standards
  • Identify individual versus systemic performance issues and recommend appropriate actions
  • Facilitate weekly QA calibration sessions with operations leadership and client counterparts reviewing a minimum of three audited transactions per week
  • Support coaching initiatives by providing audit findings and actionable feedback
  • Contribute to weekly quality and performance reporting, including sample coverage, trend analysis, and improvement recommendations
  • Flag broker playbook card discrepancies observed at scale
  • Escalate recurring workflow or process discrepancies for operational review
  • Detect and immediately report any security or PII handling violations
  • Assist in maintaining and improving QA processes, forms, and audit methodologies
  • Participate in failed case reviews and provide audit-based recommendations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BPO Quality Assurance, compliance, audit, or related QA roles
  • Direct audit experience against documented procedures is essential
  • Proven experience auditing process-driven or playbook-based operations
  • Content moderation QA, claims processing QA, compliance operations QA, and privacy operations QA are all strongly relevant backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience delivering constructive feedback and facilitating calibration discussions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in audit execution
  • Familiarity with sampling methodologies and quality monitoring processes
  • Background in privacy operations, compliance, healthcare, financial services, content moderation, or similar regulated environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or Philippine Data Privacy Act standards is an advantage
  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting US-overlapping/night shift operations
