  • Participate in system design, implementation planning, and delivery execution
  • Balance product iteration speed with long-term maintainability and quality
  • Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and design disciplines
  • ### How we expect you to think
  • Care deeply about user experience, ecommerce best practices and product quality
  • Sweat the details while still maintaining delivery momentum
  • Stay close to the technology and understand the systems your team owns
  • Value collaboration and feedback across disciplines
  • Build systems and experiences that are maintainable, scalable, and consistent
  • Create an environment where engineers can do strong technical work and continue growing

  • Experience building modern product experiences using React Native and/or fullstack web technologies
  • Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and product instincts
  • Previous experience building ecommerce and understanding mobile applications.
  • Experience working closely with design teams and design systems
  • Interest in or early experience with people leadership and team development
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on technical environment while growing management responsibilities
