Your role at Hostinger
We’re looking for an experienced senior influencer marketing manager to join our team. You’ll be in charge of identifying, recruiting, and liaising with partners such as influencers and affiliates. You’ll use your natural creativity and know-how to seek new partnerships and contribute to our incredible growth. You’ll have access to an almost unlimited budget and a strong knowledge pool within the company.

Your day-to-day
• Identify, recruit, and engage partners influencer and/or affiliates across Social Media platforms.
• Build and scale a structured pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiations — internally and externally — to close high-impact deals.
• Analyze partner performance data across dashboards and platforms to identify trends and translate them into tailored, data-driven partnership strategies for each creator.
• Deepen existing partner relationships through regular touchpoints, on-site visits, and event participation — building trust that converts into long-term growth.
• Plan, run, and monitor partner marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize performance across all initiatives.
• Surface new opportunities and report on goals, forecasts, results, and blockers.
Your skills and experience
Data & analytical thinking: You're highly proficient in reading performance data across dashboards and analytics platforms spotting meaningful trends, and translating those insights into a personalised investment strategy for each partner. You make decisions with data, not instinct alone.
Relationship-first communication: You're a natural in front of people — able to pitch confidently, present compellingly, and build genuine long-term relationships with creators.
You're willing to travel to meet partners in person and represent the company at events. Warmth and professionalism aren't in tension for you.
You’ve a Proven track record in digital performance marketing and partnership management — influencer, affiliate, sales, and B2B.
Experience with CRM tools (i.e.: Hubspot)
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.Confident working independently and thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Excellent spoken and written English;
Fluent in async comms with globally distributed teams.
