Job Profile Summary:

Support day‑to‑day investment operations activities, including trade Confirmations, Settlements, processing & reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining accurate records across Man’s accounting platform, ROSA.
Learn and follow operational controls, risk management and regulatory requirements
Work closely with colleagues across operations, front office and external providers to resolve queries
Develop technical knowledge of investment products, systems and operational processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives while building strong organisational and analytical skills

To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
Not to have previously studied the course content
Not to undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
To be able to apply your learning to your role

Apprenticeship Programme Details:

Qualification	Level 3 Financial Services Administrator
Duration	15-month programme (12-month training, 3-month apprenticeship assessment)
Apprenticeship Assessment	Project and presentation, and portfolio-based interview
