As a Professional Services Consultant – Strategic Consulting Track, you will act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through digital transformation. From facilitating workshops to developing optimization roadmaps and business cases, your work will define how customers derive lasting strategic value from Contentsquare.
This role blends consulting, technical understanding, and data analysis. You will guide customers through business prioritization, roadmap development, and organizational change while collaborating closely with Data Analysts and UX Design Consultants to drive holistic outcomes.
Take full ownership of strategy-focused professional services engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery quality.
Lead discovery and diagnostic sessions to understand customer business objectives, organizational maturity, and strategic priorities.
Build strong client relationships by aligning Contentsquare's capabilities to long-term business goals.
Translate platform insights into strategic recommendations and prioritized roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and executive reviews to drive alignment and momentum.
Help customers embed digital experience intelligence into their operating model, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Lead change management efforts by influencing organizational culture and building internal advocacy for digital experience programmes.
Develop strong expertise in the Contentsquare platform, with a focus on strategic application and business value realization.
Work closely with Data Analysts and UX Design Consultants to deliver integrated, insight-led engagements.
Contribute to reusable strategic frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies.
Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service evolution.
Experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, or customer-facing business advisory roles.
Strong structured thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous challenges clearly.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
2-4 years of experience in a consulting, strategy, or advisory environment.
Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and data collection concepts.
BI tools, data infrastructure experience, or strong CRO knowledge is a plus.
