Warehouse Associate (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, reliable logistics and material flow are key to building advanced autonomous systems efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping warehouse and production operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, components, and shipments are handled accurately and on time.

You will work closely with logistics and production teams in a hands-on environment where organization, ownership, and teamwork have a direct impact on operational success. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company shaping the future of European defense technology.

What You’ll Build

• Manage daily warehouse activities including packing, unpacking, and handling incoming and outgoing shipments
• Sort, organize, and commission goods to support efficient warehouse operations
• Coordinate supply runs to production areas to ensure timely material availability
• Maintain accurate inventory records and book goods movements in SAP S/4HANA
• Support smooth material flow between warehouse and production teams
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas
• Contribute to efficient logistics processes that support production and delivery timelines
• Take ownership of operational tasks and support continuous improvement within warehouse operations

What You Bring

• Fluency in either English or German required, proficiency in both is a strong advantage
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment
• Strong hands-on understanding of inventory handling, goods movement, and warehouse coordination
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• A valid forklift license and confidence operating warehouse equipment
• A valid driver’s license
• A reliable and structured working style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate effectively with production and logistics teams
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of daily operations
• Commitment to maintaining safe, organized, and efficient workspaces
