Team Lead Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, operational excellence is central to scaling how we design, build, and deliver autonomous systems. As Team Lead Operational Excellence, you will drive continuous improvement across functions, shaping the processes, tools, and ways of working that enable the organization to operate efficiently and reliably at scale.

You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, working closely with teams across engineering, production, supply chain, and operations. This role combines strategic process ownership with hands-on execution, helping ensure that new systems, tools, and products are introduced smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Build

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Own and redesign core operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
• Implement structured improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma where applicable
• Define, track, and continuously improve key operational KPIs across the organization
• Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and products across operational teams
• Identify inefficiencies and drive structured initiatives to improve end-to-end workflows
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes
• Enable data-driven decision-making through improved reporting and performance tracking
• Contribute to building a scalable operational foundation for a fast-growing technology company

What You Bring

• Strong fluency in both German and English
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives in complex operational environments
• Experience defining and working with KPIs and performance measurement systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in operations, supply chain, or production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured working style
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and tools
• Experience supporting system or product rollouts in operational settings
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and execution
