Service Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, service operations are a key pillar in ensuring our autonomous systems perform reliably in the field. As Service Supervisor, you will lead service coordination activities, oversee technician workflows, and ensure that customer and field support runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will act as a central interface between service, engineering, production, and customers, making sure issues are resolved quickly and learnings are fed back into product development. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with process ownership in a fast-growing and technically complex environment.

What You’ll Build

• Oversee and coordinate incoming service tickets and end-to-end service execution across all markets
• Lead and support the service technician team in daily operations and field activities
• Define, monitor, and improve service KPIs to ensure high-quality performance and responsiveness
• Act as a key interface between customers, internal teams, and operational stakeholders
• Ensure accurate service documentation and structured reporting of technical activities
• Coordinate spare parts availability to enable efficient and timely service execution
• Ensure structured feedback loops from field service to development and production teams
• Define, own, and continuously improve service processes and operational work packages
• Support the development of a scalable and reliable service organization

What You Bring

• Fluency in either English or German required, proficiency in both is a strong advantage
• Experience in service operations, technical support, maintenance, or field service environments
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate technical teams in operational settings
• Strong understanding of service processes, troubleshooting workflows, and operational coordination
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
• Experience working with service KPIs, documentation standards, and operational reporting
• Ability to ensure structured communication between field operations and engineering teams
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows under pressure
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to support field operations when required
