Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily job scheduling, truck routing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and assign jobs to drivers or field teams.
  • Plan and optimize truck routes for efficiency and timely service.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Handle customer service, including inbound and outbound calls, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses.

Requirements

  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software (preferred).
