Are you strongly familiar with financial, analytical insights and business planning support? We are looking for a proactive Finance Business Partner Spain & Portugal that can oversee the financial planning and analysis at Flora Food Group Iberia. This role will report directly into the CFO Europe.
As a Finance Business Partner Spain & Portugal, your main goal is to business partner Spain and Portugal Leadership Team while supporting Brand Management and Sales Teams through trade discounts management and budgeting, linking new product development projects with forecasting cycle, and spreading understanding of key business drivers across the unit.
What can you expect?
- You will manage 1 finance analyst and interact with Europe Finance Hub and Flora Food Group Finance Shared Services.
- You will monitor and control Flora Food Group Iberia financial performance to ensure the unit delivers its Net Sales and EBIT targets.
- You will identify and analyze key risks and opportunities of the business, and how to mitigate/deliver them.
- You will take brand ambitions for the following year and build them into Annual Sales Plans.
- You will elaborate the financial forecast for the monthly S&OP cycle feeding into the relevant reporting decks and linking to Brand ambitions.
- You will provide specialist financial and commercial ad-hoc advice to the management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis.
- You will build different scenarios through the budget process and feed output of ROI analysis into senior stakeholders, outlining the financial impact of potential outcomes, linking to agreed activities and ROI.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- You have between 5 to 7 years of experience in Finance.
- You have a university degree in Finance, Economy or related.
- You have knowledge and skills in following finance areas: Net Revenue management, Budgeting and Costing, Reporting and Controlling, professional accounting qualifications.
- You have proven ability to work in a matrix organization and cross functional networks with multiple stakeholders.
- You have an entrepreneurship mindset in goal orientation.
- You have high flexibility and ability to adapt fast in dynamic environment.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relations and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- You have a strategic approach, and strong analytical skills to assess risk and be financially savvy.
- You have proficiency in Tech: Proficient Excel, SAP FI-CO and Power BI will be benefit
- Fluent in English is a must.
