What you'll actually do

You'll sit at the centre of our national operations — supporting warehouse and transport functions across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be a core part of a small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and your impact is immediate.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Coordinating admin across multiple sites and teams
• Keeping compliance documentation accurate and current
• Preparing reports and maintaining operational trackers
• Following up on outstanding actions so nothing slips
• Making sure the right people have the right information at the right time

You don't need to know cold chain logistics. You need to care about doing things right.

Requirements

You're organised in a way other people aren't — not because you have a system, but because you think that way. Details don't exhaust you, they satisfy you. You manage up without being asked: you brief people before they need to ask, flag problems early, and arrive with a suggested solution.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• 3–5 years in a fast-moving administrative or coordination role
• Confidence across Google Workspace and Excel
• The ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A background in operations, logistics, or compliance admin — a genuine advantage, but not a dealbreaker
