Operations & S&OP Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, operational excellence is essential to scaling the production and delivery of advanced autonomous systems. As Operations & S&OP Manager, you will connect sales, operations, and production planning to ensure alignment between customer demand, business priorities, and operational execution.

You will play a central role in driving structured planning processes, improving cross-functional coordination, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable operations within a fast-growing defense technology environment.

What You’ll Build

• Coordinate and merge S&OP processes across the organization
• Act as the key connection point between sales, operations, and production planning teams
• Align demand forecasts, production capacities, and business priorities to support reliable execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure transparency and alignment on operational plans
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational KPIs and reporting structures
• Drive data-informed decision-making through structured analysis and planning processes
• Manage operational expectations across teams and help resolve planning bottlenecks proactively
• Support the development of scalable planning and operational processes as the company grows
• Contribute to efficient resource planning, delivery reliability, and operational performance improvements

What You Bring

• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in operations management, production planning, supply chain, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Strong understanding of demand planning, operational coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Confidence working with data, KPIs, and operational reporting to support business decisions
• Experience aligning commercial and operational priorities in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in operations, planning, or supply chain functions
• A structured and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical, operational, and commercial teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
