Sales Concierge

Velaz Solar & Roofing is a leading provider of residential and commercial solar and roofing solutions in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Our mission is to deliver sustainable, cost-effective clean energy installations with a commitment to high-quality project execution. As a Sales Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their solar journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to installation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and explaining solar products and services.
• Manage inbound leads by qualifying opportunities and coordinating follow-ups with sales and technical teams.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of customer energy needs and recommend tailored solutions with personalized proposals.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between customers and sales/technical advisors for on-site evaluations and quotes.
• Ensure all required sales and installation documentation is completed and properly managed.
• Perform ongoing follow-up to support customers throughout the process and resolve issues through installation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
• Working proficiency with CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp, phone systems, and email for customer communication
• Native Spanish proficiency
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level
• Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of solar and renewable energy concepts
