Targeting Analyst

The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Polygraph*

Responsibilities:

• Support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, counterterrorism, and/or counter-proliferation efforts.
• Apply advanced analytical skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence production.
• Enable and drive the F3EAD targeting cycle through intelligence collection support, target development, and finished intelligence production.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
• HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge, nodal analysis and ability to describe fully the SOF targeting process.
• Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support target development, analytical efforts and product development.
• Advance working knowledge of targeting applications and expert knowledge on all aspects of HVl/network targeting including methodologies and systems
• Strong background and firsthand experience is required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT Analysis and Collection Management.
• Knowledge of SOF and CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is required.
