Position Overview

Member of a high performing team focusing on delivering solutions that support business goals and needs through leveraging existing SAP technology investments. Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with respective SAP and Ship ERP modules. Candidate has the ability to apply functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP and bolt on logistics systems to provide integrated solutions. Writes functional requirements and specifications, develops test plans, and works with and resolves production issues. Interacts directly with business and stakeholders to build strong relationships and develop deep knowledge of business processes, needs and pain points. Has the ability to understand business processes and how systems and solutions support and enhance these processes.

What you'll do

Collaborate with IT teams to analyze business requirements and implement SAP solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Support and optimize SAP S/4 HANA, SAP LE, TM, ShipERP and related modules.
Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
Provide functional and technical support to business users and project teams.
Partner with developers and end users to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Develop deep knowledge of business processes, systems and operational procedures.
Support user training and continuous education programs.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Follow IT methodologies, communicate project updates and maintain status reporting.

Who you are

Strong SAP S/4 HANA functional knowledge.
Experience with SAP LE, TM, ShipERP and related SAP modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
Knowledge of business processes, best practices and process improvement.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities, project updates and task tracking.
