What You Will Need
BA/BS degree
3+ years of experience in an SDR or inside sales role, with at least 1 year managing or leading a team of SDRs
Demonstrated ability to develop early career talent into consistent pipeline contributors
Strong grasp of outbound sales methodology and the ability to coach it in real time
Experience with CRM platforms, sequencing tools, and lead enrichment workflows
Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, or enterprise software sales is a plus
Comfortable building process in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment
