At Green Genius, we are driving the transition to renewable energy across Europe with comprehensive solar, battery, wind, and biomethane solutions.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional eager to develop their project management skills in a dynamic, international environment. Working closely with experienced experts, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Junior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Project Coordination: Assist in the daily management and execution of solar and battery storage development and construction projects across Lithuania and Latvia.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact between contractors, suppliers, government institutions, and internal departments.
• Schedule and Budget Tracking: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is always available.
• Documentation Management: Administer, organize, and archive essential project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
• Administrative Support: Prepare comprehensive reports, coordinate key meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.

Requirements

• A University degree (Higher education).
• Previous experience in a relevant organizational role, such as an Assistant, Administrator, or Junior Project Manager (experience in the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sectors is considered a strong advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• A valid Category B driver's license and a willingness to occasionally travel to project sites in Lithuania and Latvia.

Monthly salary: From 2047 eur gross. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
