As Revenue Growth Management Lead – UKI, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy across one of Flora Food Group’s most important regions.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll define and deliver Revenue Growth Management strategies across our portfolio — driving sustainable, profitable growth through pricing, pack architecture, promotional effectiveness, mix optimisation, and trade investment strategy.
You’ll operate at the centre of the business, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams, combining analytical rigour with clear commercial storytelling to influence decisions and unlock growth opportunities.
You will also lead and develop a small team, building a high-performing, insight-led capability that drives real commercial impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Revenue Growth Strategy
- Lead the development of UKI pricing, pack, and promotional strategies using market data, shopper insights, and commercial analytics
- Define pricing corridors, promotional mechanics, channel strategy, and trade investment optimisation frameworks.
- Drive sustainable and profitable volume growth across key categories and brands.
Commercial Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Revenue Growth Management initiatives, taking proactive action to optimise performance.
- Optimise trade spend investments in line with product positioning and channel strategies.
- Provide analytical leadership and commercial guidance during key customer negotiations and Private Label tenders.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a small Revenue Growth Management team.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Elevate the role of RGM as a core commercial capability across the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure strategies are aligned and executed effectively.
- Work with external data providers and internal stakeholders to ensure decision-making is insight-led.
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling, data-driven recommendations.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, analytically driven leader who can translate data into strategic impact and influence decisions at senior level. You should have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial finance, category, or related FMCG roles.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
- Proven experience across pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade spend optimisation, or pack-price architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of P&L and commercial growth levers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working in international matrix organisations is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, ownership-led mindset with the ability to operate at pace.
