Are you ready to join us?

Responsibilities

  • You will lead data quality projects end to end, from planning and prioritization to tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables.

  • You will coordinate and align with stakeholders (data engineers, analysts, and data owners) to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and outcomes.

  • You will design and refine data quality measures and KPIs, translate business requirements into concrete quality checks, and ensure their implementation in collaboration with our Quality Engineers, as well as colleagues from other teams.

  • You will write and review database queries to explore data issues, validate quality measures, and support root-cause analyses.

  • You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor and communicate data quality performance across the organization for our quality tracking projects.

Requirements

  • You are proficient in project management (inc. JIRA, Confluence documentation, PowerPoint) and well-versed in data visualizations, using Power BI or similar tools.

  • You are confident working with SQL (incl. basic queries with SELECT, JOINs) and have hands-on experience with Python (incl. pandas, numpy).

  • You have some prior experience with VS Code, Github.

  • You are passionate about data quality and can effectively advocate for its importance across other teams.

  • You are always on the lookout for novel developments and like to drive the adoption of innovative technologies in our organization (AI/LLMs).

  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, take ownership of your work, and are able to drive projects both independently and collaboratively.
