LSH Auto is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience as you assist clients in finding their perfect vehicle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automobiles.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,040 plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £60,000), plus a company car.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive market.
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
