Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Intake Coordinator to support our growing ABA organization. This role serves as a key point of contact for families, providers, and internal teams throughout the intake and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to manage communication, scheduling, and documentation efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client intake and onboarding processes from initial inquiry through service coordination
• Communicate with families, providers, and internal departments regarding intake status and next steps
• Coordinate scheduling for assessments, meetings, and services
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and intake tracking systems
• Assist with insurance, authorization, and onboarding workflows as needed
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for families entering services
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to support efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, medical administration, or client intake preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, or healthcare platforms is a plus
