Overview

Are you ready to progress your sales career in the fast-growing tech industry? This position is your opportunity to become a highearning sales executive in a rapidly growing industry. You bring a consultative, valueled sales mentality, and we’ll provide the resources, enablement and portfolio to help you succeed.

This role is dedicated to selling AvePoint solutions to organisations using Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Google Gemini and Google Cloud. You will engage customers on their Google-centric collaboration, data management, security, and compliance challenges, positioning AvePoint as a trusted partner in their Google ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

As a Googlefocused Account Executive, your role is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch AvePoint’s awardwinning solutions organisations using Google Workspace and Google Cloud and manage the full endtoend sales cycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning, creating, validating, and executing a territory plan focused on Googlecentric customers, articulating how you will achieve your revenue quota across the UKI & South Africa.
  • Developing new prospects through new logo acquisition and existing customer cross sell motions, targeting organisations standardised on or migrating to Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Google Gemini and Google Cloud.
  • Managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles using a consultative, platformled approach, positioning AvePoint beyond point solutions.
  • Engaging customer personas across IT, Security, Compliance, and Business leadership, with a strong understanding of Google Workspace usage and governance challenges.
  • Planning and delivering presentations that demonstrate how AvePoint’s solutions enhance, secure, govern, and extract value from Google environments.
  • Working closely with the virtual account team, including but not limited to dedicated presales engineers, marketing, partner teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to progress and close opportunities.
  • Sourcing new, and collaborating with any existing Google ecosystem partners, including resellers and system integrators, where relevant to the deal motion.
  • Communicating new product developments and roadmap updates relevant to Google customers.
  • Attending remote and on‑site customer and partner meetings (this is a fieldbased role, with an emphasis on inperson collaboration).
  • Implementing targeted sales campaigns to maximise penetration in Googlefirst accounts.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up‑todate pipeline in CRM, with disciplined forecasting and hygiene.

What we’re looking for

  • Several years of experience in a sales role, ideally within software or technology
  • Experience selling into Google Workspace and/or cloudcentric environments (preferred, not essential)
  • Comfort with executivelevel selling, across both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication, listening, and storytelling skills
  • Proven drive to exceed performance and revenue targets
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with ARR based compensation plans and quotacarrying roles
  • Enjoyment working with partners and channel ecosystems
