Join our Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. You’ll spearhead the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.

💬 What You’ll Do

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Set up and do interviews with candidates for all the positions
Follow up on all the full life cycle of the candidate
Set up interviews with the clients and ask for feedback if needed.

🧠 Core Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
Sourcing experience using different methods.
Proven success in hiring for high-volume or fast-paced environments
Advanced English communication skills - written and verbal
Experience with ATS platforms; Greenhouse is preferred
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
