Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Medical Sales Representative responsible for promoting the company’s services, managing and developing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. The role also includes monitoring market trends, addressing client needs, and supporting the company’s promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts daily client visits to promote the group’s services
• Manages and develops the existing client portfolio
• Monitors client needs and handles issues related to their area of responsibility
• Tracks market developments and competition within their sector and reports findings to their supervisor
• Participates in company branding and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute required. Preferred fields of study include Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communication
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Very good command of English and computer literacy
• Willingness and ability to travel when required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and initiative-taking
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
