Key Responsibilities:

• Apply mastic, sealants, and adhesives efficiently and neatly according to project requirements.
• Prepare surfaces prior to application, ensuring cleanliness and suitability.
• Work closely with site supervisors and teams to coordinate tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure seals are properly applied and durable.
• Adhere to health and safety standards on site at all times.
• Report any issues or defects to site management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mastic Man or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of mastic, sealants, and their appropriate use.
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
