  • Use internal systems (CRM, Excel trackers, document platforms) to manage investor data
  • Assist in improving internal processes and templates
  • Help maintain accurate and consistent data across systems
  • Process, Platform & Operational Improvements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding workflows, reporting templates, valuation processes and client experience.
  • Work with GXE’s product and operations teams to develop automation and improve platform-driven efficiencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, templates and internal documentation.

What success looks like:

In your first few months at GXE, you will build a strong understanding of our investor onboarding workflows, compliance requirements, and internal systems, including CRM platforms, DocuSign, investor portals, and operational trackers. You will quickly become confident managing onboarding tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism, responding to investor queries in a timely manner, maintaining organised records, and proactively seeking clarification when needed. By the three-month mark, you will be independently managing standard onboarding cases from start to finish, consistently meeting turnaround times, tracking allocations and funding progress, and confidently identifying when issues or risk flags should be escalated.

As you continue to grow in the role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of investor onboarding and support cases while handling more complex investor structures, compliance documentation, and operational processes. You will contribute to improving workflows, templates, and reporting processes, while building strong relationships across operations, compliance, and investment teams. Over time, you will become a trusted member of the team known for delivering accurate, timely work, exercising strong judgment, maintaining an exceptional investor experience, and contributing to the ongoing scalability and operational excellence of GXE’s private markets platform.
