Abut the role:
Our Yatala site is looking for a Estimator / Internal Sales person to join our team full time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be dealing with customers, quoting jobs and supporting the day-to-day running of the team
What you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
- Quoting jobs from drawings (CAD/PDF) and following them up
- Entering and managing customer orders
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Drafting parts and helping with programming/nesting (Sigmanest + Prime Cut )
- Supplying test certs and supporting general admin work
Requirements
- Experience in estimating, drafting or a similar role
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with Sigmanest and or, Price Cut
